As for many of us old foggies enjoying retirement, well yes, you are correct, looking after grandchildren two days a week is one way of doing it, some bringing their grandchildren up entirely is another.
Your little nest egg on the other hand is being subsidised by your already heavily overburdened overtaxed employer in the form of superannuation. Better be careful that they don't start beating the same drum your beating and say to hell with financing your retirement or worse still, just up shop.
