I haven't looked at it closely either, but after the government proposal was announced a couple of super funds issued statements saying that cash withdrawals were at their discretion not the government's. With so much money being thrown at this by government I'd be surprised if the amount withdrawn from super accounts will amount to a capital drought in Australia.
