Thats what makes a market. I think the opposite. I think they have finally touched the valley bottom and now have the financial balance sheet to scale Everest if they have to. Its not that they must necessarily fund the working capital, so much as prove that they can if they have to so that global companies and military purchase groups have confidence in entrusting them with large orders.
