I was quite impressed with the way questions were answered and the way Dirk was happy to get the responsible person to answer the questions. To me it showed that management were working as a team. I think the detail in the responses was very good. They were also treating the process with respect because they were actually answering questions put by the people listening. I asked two questions before the Web cast started and these were answered as part of answering someone else's question. My third question posed during the Web cast was read out verbatim: "Will we ever see Alexicool or Alexiflam labels on retail products?" I say "Well done" to Dirk and his team.
