    Working capital is to fund short term cash cycles, not fund long term growth. They need to re-capitalise and if with debt will go on top of the $7m debt already drawn plus payables. Interest costs will weigh on margins.

    What would your estimate be? $20m debt facility? With P&I from which cashflow?
