I understand the idea of an overdraft/WC facility and how it works. Fully. But if you have a previous fully drawn overdraft of $7m and are only just cash neutral, then the new $10m overdraft has little effect, especially if the relationship between receivables and inventories vs payables is whack.

I agree the fact that AJX are now cash neutral, increased facility is a positive in regard to the forward cash cycle, however it doesn't fix the legacy issue of the outstanding debt from product sold at a loss.
