Re the $1.17 high in September 2015 - this point in the cycle is the real culprit IMO and the blowoff trend in the SP from early November 2014 to early January 2015 set Alexium up for this long and painful readjustment. IMO it should never have gone past about 30 or 40 cents max. It is a consistent problem in the small caps, particularly where the SP is cheap which draws in a lot of inexperienced players simply because it provides the added incentive of price leverage linked to higher tranactional volumes.

It is now leading to similar readjustments beginning with some of the other well known disruptives as the market digests that they aren't actually making any money yet.
