I doubt that the funds raised will affect the cash flow position for this quarter, unless a large sales order is received within the next couple of weeks. The raising was not undertaken in response to an order, but rather to demonstrate the capacity to service one when it eventuates. I should hope that the funds will remain in the bank until such an order is received rather than be committed to inventory prematurely in anticipation.
If they are then used to initiate a large deal that is undertaken at a high gross margin then their expenditure is more likely to bring the profitability break-even point closer rather than cause delay.
The proceeds from debt and the CR could be viewed as serving two separate growth needs. The former is sufficient to meet current growth requirements, the second to accommodate the additional growth derived from anticipated large new orders.
