They are an active property manager so they are difficult to compare to other traditional property trusts. I expect them to add value fairly quickly.
Today's effort by the CS was quite pathetic. If you underwrite a stock but have no follow through buying on listing day then there is reason for a the company to be pretty miffed.
The other broker involved bought stock, sold none.
CHC and CMW are the closest things to GDI.
Very poor start and IMO not a lot of chance of recovering the listing price until they get quite a few runs on the board. Trading around 8.5% so yield should hold it up
