So here is the question, if they are not proceeding, do they have to announce anything? I would have thought a letter to people who were to be shareholders would be sufficient. I guess if they have informed ASIC and asx they would automatically lose the ability to announce things...

This is my way of thinking and clarification from someone more knowledgable would be great.
