listing at asx, page-33

Fellas.. im hearing the same thing re prospectus being withdrawn yet listing still going ahead.. why would this be? My guess is either P1 is taking over a listed company or vice versa.. im tending to go with the latter due to a few reasons.. P1 still need an ASX entry, P1 still need somewhere between 0 and 15m, which they did get, and possibly to cut down share dilution.. This is backed up by some investors getting their applications returned..

I tend to agree P1s handling and information to the market has been poor, whether this will hurt them come listing only time will tell.. But if P1 is reading this (and i know they do)know this, majority of GCN holders of P1 shares arent very happy in the way this whole listing excercise has been conducted over the last over the last 18mths, so i wouldnt be surprised for a sell off at listing..

But as others have said just wait for the ann.. shouldnt be too far away..
