    There really shouldn't be any delay in confirming to the market how much, if any, they've actually been able to raise.

    You have one person already saying "P1 still need somewhere between 0 and 15m, which they did get..."

    - That's completely conflicting within itself. Why would they still need somewhere between that amount if they already 'got' it.

    All that hassle that the prospectus brought about via its delay was for what exactly? GCN holders should demand there money back for the placement they were given IMHO.

    Why does it always seem to be a reoccurring theme with P1 that in the last minute, plans always get changed, further delays always get invoked and more confusion always gets thrown out there?

    It really is comical.

    BTW tas74t, those reasons you gave as to why your 'GUESS' now is that a listed Co will be looking to take over P1, existed long before the closing of the prospectus offer. Why would it be that all of a sudden now, at the last moment, your 'GUESS' leads you to believe such a thing?
