Based on what I have experienced with other companies, the next announcement should merely state whether POR have or have not raised the designated amount of capital.
I can't see that the ASX would have any problem with such a purely factual (and presumably required) announcement.
As to what is really happening, I can't remember ever seeing so many contradictory claims to special information being posted (here and elsewhere) by so many people.
Finally, and at the risk of Rottodiver lambasting me again for being negative, I see that the invitation to download the prospectus is still on the website at www.p1card.com. It seems that phone calls to the company had no effect on simple website housekeeping.
Do people still feel positive about POR? I could not begin to, until they announce a successful capital raising.
