I'm not certain 100% but the way I'm reading the situation, MS2 can no way be Announced by Azk until Azk exercise their right to obtain 100% of BC inc, change name/re-comply to ASX rulings by Announcing to the wider market that their new MAIN interest will be BC inc, whatever/new name, away from the mining business, which previously was their main source of enterprise..which imo the sharemarket has already anticipated/knows the shareholders will agree etc/just waiting on final confirmation...

Only then can Peter's car demo be posted..MS2..

Unfortunately, as Red has advised us, there seems to be some sort of slowdown with the re listing..wouldn't surprise me if it had maybe something to do with Peter's past patents/some sort of Peter's past funding clause/some sticky point of some kind from the past agreements as yet to be finalised/whatever..but in commercial law is incredibly common..everyone knows company laws/agreements are a nightmare so it kinda makes sense.. Wouldn't mind knowing exactly why but at least we know it'll be slower, thanks for that Red..well, sort of thanks but I don't blame the bearer ever But for the record, damn..

In the duration, think of witty items to throw in I guess??

As GlobeTrader indicated, markets get bored with no news, but ppl aren't completely stupid (usually), most jump in at any slight weakness, they know the potential here just scared to let the share price go too high imho..
