Listing is on the NASDAQ-OTC QX - Cardia BioPlastics Ltd is an example of a company already dually listed (1 OTCQX = 500 ASX Ordinary Shares). In terms of market cap and trading Cardia isn't that different - so I don't see much problem in Isonea getting listed.
Overall effect on price with Isonea getting listed - I'm not sure about - but hasn't really helped Cardia out!
Bad market conditions etc etc .. but effectively the market thinks our agreements with Omron and Fortune 500 company are worth nothing - this will change once we see the agreements in action ie bringing cash in!
I have a feeling that the big driver here is going to be converting current reimbursement CPT class from Category 3 to Category 1 - a little while off yet.
