A Nasdaq listing would make ISN available to the US investor pool among other things. These investors are new to ISN and many.

There are many obstacles and additional efforts for a investor to trade stock directly on a foreign exchange. This would discourage most US investors from considering buying ISN stock on the Australian exchange.
