The clock is running on a listing for October. I would think that Shareholder permission need s to be obtained to list in USA especially if it involves delisting from the asx and or reducing share volume. We do not know what exchage SS intends to use if he intends to do a reverse takeover or what.
Hopedfully we will hear in the next two weeks and at tne same time get the qaurterly report including figures from kindly about our syringe sales Sorry if the post is not in more detail but I am not TDA
