AIM LISTING IN LONDON

* The Company has proposed a dual listing on the Alternative
Investment Market (AIM) in London. Listing of the Company's fully
paid ordinary shares on AIM will provide exposure to UK and European
investors and enable a wider appreciation of the value of the
company's projects in Namibia.
