some great posts here sharing the anger of shareholders. esp TongkatAli thank you. Snr Mgmt have now tried and failed to gain the capital they wanted in the rights issue. interesting that they state it was well supported with over 900 shareholders participating and yet still have to come out and say "there is still opportunity to invest in this 2nd issue to get capital and use "filling the gap to meet the original rights target" as a reason! it therefore appears that in average those 900 did not on average invest much at all - perhaps friends of friends or relatives as a favour?
like all other faithful shareholders, our shareholding has now been so diluted with all of these dodgy deals and forgiven debts done over the last 15 months, that we know we have lost everything.

ADVICE:
just try and remember the names of all directors, board members and chairpersons associated with this company so you know not to invest in anything they do in the future
