    What makes you think AVM has any spare cash to re-aquire what are now MWE assets? I know Kinsevere will be a nice cash cow, if it ever gets commissioned, but by my rough calcs MWE will have a MC of +$300M once they list with a rising SP. I can't see AVM being in a position to fork out that cash. I would also find it ironic if AVM did as they had all of these assets 4 years ago and pretty much gave them to MWE for nothing.
