I was under the impression that a requirement of being listed on the ASX is that a company publish half year and annual financial reports.
How is AEJ able to circumvent this requirement? What on earth is going on with this company?
In the absence of a viable business plan, how can shareholders pursue a wind-up of the company and distribution of the remaining assets?
