Listing rule 17.12., page-12

Captnludd you make reference to earlier director falling on his sword but still seem to blame him soley for the listing debacle. Surely you realise that the answers back to the ASX came from the Company and its board of Directors. There were 4 Directors at that time. Do you honestly believe that only one Director wrote, reviewed and then sent the responses to the lawyers to pass onto the ASX. Every other Director would have reviewed those responses and if they did not agree with them had a duty to put their hand up and say stop we can not send this to the ASX. So considering that they were sent this suggests that all the directors were comfortable with the responses. So once again I find it very hard to believe that it is only one directors fault.
Sorry about the previous post it was not meant to be accusing any particular person just making a generalised statement about the role of Directors in Public listed companies.
