What a sorry state the Australian regulatory authorities are in at the moment!

A You can not speak to an ASIC officer by telephone to lodge
complaints.

B ASIC will not accept complaints by email even if in letter form

C You have to post them (this time frame suggests you may get a reply in 3 weeks)

ASX is complicit in ignoring the requirements in issuing a
a 17.2 listing rule notice! This MUST state an expected time frame for the suspension!Not to mention the 3.1 full disclosure rule!(we are talking to our bankers rather than we are doing due diligence with 2 un related parties and we will get back to you by x date. its called full disclosure!

There you go I thought we were supposed to have the best regulation rules in the world. Bad Bad Bad mistake BRI
