Japanese Co JGC who produce a coal water slurry based fuel from their plant in Indonesia will be working with J-COAL and others on the DICE tests in Japan.
Again, does not involve Coldry IMO.
DICE has global ramifications and the CSIRO want to see it rolled out everywhere possible.
It's a game changer for global CO2 emissions and will be the end of old BC boiler tech and open higher penetration of renewables due to its ability to support fluctuating power sources.
Exergen's goals are clearly stated on the DICEnet site.
Fuel for DICE generation in Vic and for export.
India will be first target market for export.
Itochu may take some Exergen CHTD product to Japan at some stage but they are also big importers of black coal from Aus and JV partners in several mines including one I contract to from time to time.
The attraction of Exergen's CHTD based MRC will be the cost IMO.
