Before pursuing a N America listing, I think they're waiting for the sp to be firmly above $1. Probably at least $1.50- 1.75. (bigger exchanges here require $1/share for listing/continued listing. When the timing looks right I expect a listing, and a bunch of dog and pony shows. With wider exposure here in the US, I look for the sp to soar.
In the meantime, trade it all you want-- but keep a large portion for your retirement. 5-6 years out this should be a $20 stock.
