i called MGC today and spoke to a lovely woman called Rachell Kerr - the company secretary. I was advised that there are no problems with MGC and the delay is due to the ASX not completing the required paperwork. MGC should be listed 'from a week to a week and a half' as disclosed by Rachell.
I am a little annoyed that the announcement was released stipulating a specific date.
Also to clarify - MXC will not be delisted from the ASX. Also confirmed by a company representative.
I hope this clears some questions up.
For the time being all cheer for MMJ.
