    So fully diluted this thing is 1.361 billion shares already. and that gets them about $12 million (including options conversion).

    What's the go with the performance shares? they just get released after 24 months? Any targets associated to the performance shares?

    So at 2c the fully diluted market cap is $27m (with $12m cash).

    Can anyone comment on the proposed cash burn rate?
