GG, further to yours.....does anyone have a month on month graph that could be analysed to identify seasonal and other influencing factors over the time period ICQ has been in play?
Might provide a more holistic story of the ICQ journey with the ability to mark in ICQ initiatives along the way that have had some effect on its market share.
