AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE
LISTING ON ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT MARKET
DiamonEx Limited is pleased to announce the commencement of trading on the AIM of the
London Stock Exchange.
Managing Director, Dan O’Neill said “With Lerala Diamond Mine approaching production,
we look forward to the London AIM listing improving share trading access for international
institutional investors that appreciate investment opportunities presented by diamond
producers in African countries and Botswana in particular.”
The Company has appointed Australian based group RFC Corporate Finance Ltd as its
Nominated Adviser and London broker, Fox-Davies Capital Limited is acting as the
Company's AIM Broker.
The Company’s ordinary shares will continue to be listed on the Australian Securities
Exchange (ASX) and the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE). Shareholders can trade their
shares on these exchanges or AIM, but before doing so, will need to transfer their shares onto
the relevant share registry and establish an account with an appropriate stockbroker. The
Company and its share registrar can provide further details on such procedures to interested
shareholders.
