Nothing wrong with LIT buying and selling shares of LPD. This is at small levels of trading and was disclosed to the market. It is common practice among major share holders to trade shares.
GXY is also in the picture as a major shareholder now, and should be less questions about LIT's investment in LPD.
Personally, I expect more joint venture deals, and one or two large shareholders to emerge for LIT within the next 6 months.
