If LIT had carried on developing Sileach and the other strategies they have, then they would be left alone. However LIT choose firstly to take LPD to court to clarify the Sileach process and the status of the licenses. They did so on the basis of "our process is secret but it different, believe me". The immediate position is "show us that it is different". LIT could have shown LPD the process under the banner of patent pending and a ICND document. But they choose to still go down the secrecy route.
Then LIT brings on the takeover. Get Real. Go jump. We do not want it and it is ill-conceived. You have opened yourselves up to attack and attack you will get. LIT conned the original 17.76% pre-bid agreement holders and have managed to get less than 1% more. That is a FAIL. So you will get attacked on every level possible.
