The whole deal with arena is they can convert whenever it suits them and then on sell on market....
The new shares are being used to drive sp lower so they can get shares cheaper and do it again....its pretty obvious.
Perfectly legal and in the spirit of the cn agreement. The company pockets the cash and issues the shares....
Sucks for retail holders as the sp is being controlled. If there is a let up it may run sure but there is a huge overhang between here and 20c....also huge dilution to contend with.
