If one of our detractors, ( coming to post here while being invested in the other team ), has it right, this is still at the stage of lawyers passing papers between them and hasn't yet needed to go to court.
As both will benefit if LIT succeeds, I'd lean towards a settlement being reached soon- it's to do with the wording of their agreement, I believe.
If sileach continues on it's already successful path then this disagreement might become inconsequential to us anyway, as it's nothing do with our baby at the end of the day.
I'd say the lack of news is due to the fact that negotiations/finger pointing is ongoing and neither side wants to give any excuse to be accused of breach of confidentiality.
