I can just see it now, after the TO has failed and LIT share price is in the doldrums, AG will be like, "We put together an excellent package in our offer, that represented outstanding value for shareholders in both companies. It's just unfortunate that a small coordinated group led by the LPD board set out vocally to discredit LIT and our prospects in public forums, falsely creating fear for their own benefit."

Such is the mind of the psychopath. Always someone else fault. (just a guess).

    However,

    1. The offer is not actually good value obviously
    2. Resistance isn't coordinated, just many individuals making their own assessment.
    3. We're not the board. We're shareholders.
    4. We find LIT's prospects speculative at best, if not completely dodgy.
    5. If the claims are false, this could have been met with straight answers to questions posed.
    6. Sometimes fear is what keeps us alive.
    7. Shareholders should rightly act to benefit shareholders.

All in my opinion only, and others too strangely enough.

Will be thankful when this is all over and the share prices of each company can discover their respective levels base on fundamentals of what is fundamentally going on in development.
