Calls are literally at the command of management, so hard to know... Would rarely see any more than a one cent call... And can be soon or miles apart... Put it this way, they won't make a call while share price is below 25 cents unless they are desperate for cash...
If you don't pay the requested call you can either sell on market before the deadline, or, your shares are auctioned off if still holding after deadline...
In a bullish stock they are fantastic for holder and the company...
You can voluntarily fully pay and convert... But really would only do that if the partially paid were more than the unpaid amount cheaper than the share... Ie if share was thirty cents and partially paid were only three cents... Buy partially paid, convert, sell, repeat
Oddly enough, there were times this happened on the previous five cent ones... But, there is a truckload this time around, one for every two heads, so I would expect these to be a lot more liquid than the last lot...
