The title of this post is a bit misleading stock can not be “criminally” undervalued. Until recently LITCF was a great arbitrage.
A poster commented/questioned about LITCE. They are no more. Unless the 1c call payment was made in March 2020, those shares are now forfeited.
Those who did pay and those who bought at auction had their LITCE redesignated to LITCF.
