Litgation on KDR Concerns, page-212

Guys can i run this scenario past you? Say if KDR is negotiating with MZN right now to make this go away and it gets settled with say $5m dollars.... what would that do to MZN SP it is now at 1.7c so .... a settlement of $5m hypothetically speaking might give them a 30% jump?
This is nerve wrecking... I'm dreaming about this stuff 2 nights now...probably cos i spend so much of my daytime on it, not gonna sit at the computer today.
