Hi @Haplo, but in the POS agreement, KDR is the customer, and it's an option anyway, so ultimately the outcome of the MZN legal action is immaterial to this agreement. As for the brokers, Hartleys and PAC (the two reports that I have been reading) are the broker who acted in the placement, right? So I always take their reports with a sprinkle of salt on my cup of moral hazard.

By the way, I am still holding, and I am optimistic that some agreement can be reached (at KDR's expense, but so what?).
