To give everyone some certainty, I sold KDR the "Home of Bullion" after accepting a lower price from another party by email. Our legal advice (quoting a precedent) was that the party the subject of our email acceptance would not win in court as was the case as it never went to court. The other party discontinued their action. However, in legal matters, as I have found to my cost, one can never be sure of legal advice.
