Martin is apparently working with the lawyers to work out our options going forward and to find out whether there's any way to expedite the process. Not commenting on the matter is the company line and we'll need to wait for an announcement.

Anyway it's becoming more apparent that the paperwork won't be issued, the longer it drags on the market will begin to question the legitimacy of their claims imo

Can KDR just go and seek their own declaratory relief that the emails are non-binding if they are sure of their position?
