    The Writ claims they offered to buy the "pegmatite rights" not "lithium rights". The pegmatites host tantalum as well as gold in places. Are MZN now claiming they offered to buy the lot?
    What KDR offered to sell could technically be of importance. If they offered to sell Lithium and these guys came back with an offer for pegmatites, then unfortunately it doesn't look to be apples for apples.
    Wouldn't need a good lawyer to defend this on purely technical terms.
