If referance to the chat yesterday regarding the MZD directors buying shares in NON disclosure period

If this is a binding agreement that is not
Legal

If this is a non binding agreement that is fine

But MZN stated the agreement is binding
So you are entitled to complain to ASIC
Against the company MZN and the directors that purchased the shares between april an last week

As stated before if its non binding the the MZN director are fine to purchase the share

That is not what they have said
