The PFS NPV and IRR only reflects Phase 1, which is one "module" consisting of 3 pads, totalling 6k tonnes of LCE per year. This is target for production in 2025. NPV is $US448M with IRR 24%.

Prairie Lithium has 6.3Million tonnes of resource. Phase 1 is tip of the iceberg.

If measured with the target, let's call "Phase 2" having 20x modules (once proven one module can be quickly be up to production is as little as approx one year and all other modules can be concurrently constructed all up and running in proven one year), what's the NPV of 21 modules producing 126,000 tonnes of LCE per year? And due to economies of scale, what is the improvement on IRR %?

This is what the market doesn't really know right now or fail to calculate as it's not going to show in the financials. Fund managers are a lazy bunch, and AZL isn't exactly explicit on this with their reporting.

So in my opinion, count yourselves lucky to be following the company and having first hand knowledge of this because once an updated feasibility study includes increase of the real capacity of Prairie (20 modules producing "only" 126k tonnes LCE per year is also only tip of iceberg with said 6.3M tonnes resource) it will show multibillion dollar (USD) NPV and improvement of IRR due to economies of scale (our calc is 40%).

Then you have Big Sandy, icing on the cake and cherry on top for the medium-long term (5yrs+) .

If that's too good to be true then wait until you find out just how easy it is to progress a mining project like this in Saskatchewan! No "BLM" issue, no politics, just plain old form with boxes of requirements to tick and once achieved, you even get tax incentives and if luckier still, grants! With enough capital raise, don't even need Nasdaq listing for it, could quickly be a major in as little as 3yrs time.

Right now, immediate future, waiting on meeting and proxy form for the NTEC decision for shares payment and +1 board seat and whatever else Board wants us shareholders to consider. We have plenty of cash so there's no need for cap raise. Also waiting on results of DLE pilot so we can then move on osmosis next quarter.

Perhaps the best positioned junior lithium company I know off in North America right now.

Here's hoping though that we get insto support with effort from Blumberg.

These daily trades means fudge all. Compared to other peer projects, Prairie Lithium stand tall and leads by a long shot in reaching production. Sooner or later the market will find out.

For my portfolio, it's acquire, be quiet and wait it out.
