Prairie acquisition only concluded properly around end Oct 2023 / beginning Nov 2023. Hence there's a markedly improvement in market cap (and therefore share price). Further, PFS released only Dec 2023. Barely even 6 months, yet you speak of "years".

It's obvious you've never been in c-suite position before, you might want to check the other stocks you gamble on for their MD's remuneration packages and how many Boards they are Directors (it's almost always more than one). Stock gamblers like yourself are ignorant then complain about being poor. If you want to complain about remuneration, at least understand that it's not the $400k taxed up to 47% but performance shares, if any, that's worth complaining about perhaps I might even join you.
