I can't access the premium (and expensive) research but snippets did at one time suggest a shortfall until 2020 or so.
Of course it's a dynamic market and I don't know how much SDIC has added to market but they had big plans.
I think it is inevitable that there will be price pressure and higher cost producers (Mannheim) will be hit first. APC's intentions make them a potential higher cost producer and SO4 might end up in that category considering they have the same brine to use.
