For shareholders of HDN the lithium story is very interesting especially when you compare it to Galaxy GXY

At Finnis range a field program is being prepared to assess rock chip samples of up to 0.68% Lithium. Why is this exciting? Its exciting because at GALAXY Mt Cattlin project according to page 2 of the 2008 annual report Review of operations Galaxys grades are 0.26% and 0.46% Lithium as a percentage.

But what also is interesting is that if you go back to announcements made by Haddington in 2005 the August 24th 2005 Geochem survey at Bald Hill said that sample results identified several significant anomalies with high lithium results up to 384ppm.

The Finnis Range tenements according to the 29th August 05 announcement contains the River Annie pegmatite field with 30 confirmed pegmatite prospects. Generally higher grade pegmatites are associated with decreased silica contents and therfore their surface expressions are likely to be subdued or not outcropping. Many of the pegmatites in the Finnis Range area are kaolinised and deeply weathered, increasing the possibility of blind deposits and Haddington believes that the potential for discovery of high grade pegmatites is high
