Hi ssyd, My previous post was only my interpretation of the reported information, and what I understood form Peter's comments at the AGM.
It looks to me that the original September release by LB was inaccurate,, their subsequent 6/12 release attempted to correct this and CNQ's latest release appears to be a reproduction of this LB release. The only ambiguity I see is the reference to 95% uptime that, to me, infers that the 5% downtime could have led to an incomplete full continuous 100 hr process time for both stages. But of course I may well be wrong. In any case, at the AGM Peter clearly stated that the pilot process operation had not at that time qualified CNQ to receive the milestone tranche. Maybe they have now; Peter indicated he expected completion of this task with a "couple" of weeks. No doubt we'll know soon enough because granting of the tranche would surely warrant an ASX release, and/or a specific release from CNQ.
I'm not concerned so best just to wait for the news.
