It sounds like one of Joe Lowry's dumb predictions in trying to for the price down.
The market is speaking for itself. ORE up from $3.81 to $4.70 at yesterday's close and Galaxy up from $1.90 to $2.70 at the close yesterday.
In my humble opinion, ORE will start to push to the $5.00 resistance level in the next two weeks and the shorters get badly burnt this time..
