Much of the scheduled production will unlikely come online as planned. That chart is predicting an almost doubling of lithium production within a year. That seems unlikely. I'm pessimistic that many of these junior lithium plays will materialise into full fledge producers (at least not without huge delays).

I will try come back with some real research once I have more time. You raise valid points. In 2014 when I invested in ORE it appeared there was certainly going to be an undersupply however with a slew of new producers, that may be under question.
