I appreciate your views..but at the moment I have to see PSC through ... Sam & the BOD might have their hands tied in their decision to sell Arcadia Project, or they might have something better up their sleeves..I don't know...but Sam needs to tell us shareholders What has happened...??? And What Sam intends on doing with the US$378M..this is still not clear.... IMO ..this would be a waste of money handing it out to Shareholders and having to pay a huge tax bill's... we have something very special in tha Arcadia Project ...really valuable Asset...
IMO...PSC shareholders would be Absolutely MAD to sell this Prized Asset owed by us .. PSC... , the Arcadia world Class lithium Project..have read of some of my posts ....
Very one is taking about LITHIUM, and we are selling our Prized Asset Arcadia for a lousy US$378M...I can't believe this is happening in a minimum 5 year Bull market... Macquarie , JP Morgan and US guys are all predicting huge lithium prices like US$3,900/tonne...
.I have explained how we can... DO IT ALONE APPROACH as Sam has said before this is an option.....IMO with no risk.....have 2 pilot plants running simultaneously for 12 months and fill Sibelco order for 100,000 offtake agreement ..and PSC will Definitely make a minimum of US$184M revenue for the 12 month period...YES this achievable...ask setfire2thehive...if this can be achieved, he seems to be very knowledgeable in this area ...and you guys trust him more over my Views..

IMO...So based on achieving this scenario... and keeping Arcadia Project...PSC Shares price should increase significantly ... well above market expectations of $1.23 / share. at the same time drill our Rare Earth Deposit, this is also going to be exciting chapter for PSC shareholders...
And All these so called tax implications talk will not be necessary...you can sell your shares on the market , IMO well above $1.23 ...then deal with your own tax situation as per usual....
